Lupine Lawlessness: Why Lycanthropes Don't Deserve to Live was a book by Professor Emerett Picardy regarding werewolves[1] (or lycanthropes). In it, he claimed that even while in human form werewolves lost their moral sense, a statement which was factually wrong.[1]
History[]
Cecil Lee, of the Ministry of Magic's Werewolf Capture Unit, owned a copy of this book and seemed to agree with its postulates. He also remarked why he always carried books like this one around with him: he found they made excellent projectiles and decent pillows.[2]
