Lupine Lawlessness: Why Lycanthropes Don't Deserve to Live was a book by Professor Emerett Picardy regarding werewolves (or lycanthropes). In it, he claimed that even while in human form werewolves lose their moral sense, which was absolutely false.
Cecil Lee, of the Ministry of Magic's Werewolf Capture Unit, owned a copy of this book and seemed to agree with its postulates. He also remarked why he always carried books like this one around with him: he found they made excellent projectiles and decent pillows.
