Luxo Karuzos II was the editor-in-chief of the The Wizard's Voice in 1926.[1] He wrote an editorial entitled "Rare Spells Exercised to Control the Truth" in the 6 December 1926 issue of the newspaper.[1]
Behind the scenes
- This character was presumably named after Luca Caruso, the son of Miraphora Mina, a graphic artist who worked on all eight Harry Potter films and the Fantastic Beasts films.[2]
