M. P. Carneirus was an American wizard or witch and the Captain of Aurors with the Magical Congress of the United States of America in the 1920s.[1] Their name appeared as official certification on some wanted posters issued by MACUSA.[1]
Behind the scenes
- This character was presumably named after Mauricio Carneiro, who worked as a costume illustrator for every Harry Potter film from Goblet of Fire onward, and as a costumer for Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince.[2]
