M. P. N. Carneirus was the name of an individual who authored the book Atlas of Celestial Anomalies.[1]
In the 1890s, he maintained an epistolary correspondence with Satyavati Shah, the professor of Astronomy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
