The MACUSA Surveillance Wizarding Resources Department (M.S.W.R.D.) was a department of the Magical Congress of the United States of America, presumably a subdivision of the MACUSA Surveillance Department, that provided support and offered advice to its citizenry in emergency situations.

In 1926, an Emergency Message was issued, warning that the Magical Exposure Threat Level had been increased to Severe: Unexplained Activity, and instructed people to contact this department if they required any support or advice on how to stay safe in an emergency.[1]
