The Magical Congress of the United States of America work conduct code[2][3] was a set of regulations that specified the expected behavioural standards of all MACUSA employees.
Article 239000 of the work conduct code determined the clearance within certain areas of the building of any holder of an official MACUSA Identity Card.[2][3]
