Magical Hieroglyphs and Logograms is a book presumably described magical hieroglyphs (stylized pictures of an object representing a word, syllable, or sound) and logograms (signs or symbols that represented a word or phrase).[1][2]
History
Hermione Granger used this reference book over breakfast one morning, in conjunction with a pile of other books, to work on her Ancient Runes homework.[1] Later on, Hermione Granger carried her copy in her handbag during the hunt for horcruxes.[2]
