The Manhattan Bridge was a suspension bridge that crossed the East River in New York City, connecting Lower Manhattan at Canal Street with Downtown Brooklyn at the Flatbush Avenue Extension. The bridge opened to traffic in 1909, even though it was only fully completed in 1912.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- Even though the address of the Second Salem Church is not mentioned in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Original Screenplay, being given as Pike Street only on fleetingly-shown props, the film demonstrates remarkable continuity by showing Manhattan Bridge in its correct position in relation to the street on which the church is shown to be located.
