This office was used by Matilda Weasley in her position as Professor of Transfiguration at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It was adjacent to Classroom 1B on the first floor of the castle. The office contained a large desk and a Wizard's Chess set.[1]

Arthur Plummly considered rummaging around Matilda's office for something, though it is unclear if he ever did.[2]
After the defeat of Ranrok in 1891, Weasley met with the new fifth-year student to discuss the progress of their Ordinary Wizarding Level studies.[1]
