Mauricio Carneiro was a Muggle fashion designer. Some of his creations were were featured in the Costume Materialization collection opening that was held on 28 September, 1997, along with other designs from fellow fashion designers Emma Vane and Julia Dehoff.[1]

- This character was named after Mauricio Carneiro, who worked as a costume illustrator for every Harry Potter film from Goblet of Fire onward, and as a costumer for Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince.[2]
