Maxima Potion was a potion that temporarily increased the spell power of the drinker, making their spells inflict greater damage. Its ingredients were leech juice and one spider fang.[1]
History[]
In 1890, J. Pippin's Potions in Hogsmeade sold this potion for 300 galleons.[1]
During the 1890–1891 school year, Wigot Spitchwick requested a Maxima Potion from a Hogwarts student in order to grant him protection from Ranrok's Loyalists.[2]
