It was studied in Divination[2] and Astronomy[3] at Hogwarts. When making up predictions for a homework assignment for Divination at the start of the 1994–1995 school year, Ronald Weasley fabricated that he would lose a treasured possession the following Tuesday due to Mercury's alignment.[2]
