"Is this all real? Or has this been happening inside my head?"
The topic of this article is of a real-life subject that has been mentioned "in-universe" in a canon source. The Metropolitan Police Service, sometimes simply known as the Metropolitan Police or Met Police, is the police force serving the Greater London area.
History[]
The service investigated the 1996 collaspe of the Millennium Bridge. Among their investigative tactics was analysing CCTV footage of the bridge during the attack, but data retrieval officer Anna Hill-Hall retrieved "nothing of value" from the footage. Other investigative methods similarly produced little evidence, though the police still implicated terrorist cells like ETA and Al-Hiraza as potential suspects. It is unknown what conclusion, if any, the Metropolitan Police eventually reached, though the real culprits of the attack were the Death Eaters.[1]
