Mildred was an individual who, during in the late 19th century, had her portrait defaced by either a niece or nephew.
Biography[]
A portrait of Mildred, kept presumably in the family home, was vandalised by one of their relations who was currently studying at Hogwarts, the student drawing a moustache on her, to the distress of either Mildred herself or her portrait, which resulted in them receiving a Howler from another relative, most likely one of their parents.[1]
