Miles Jupp (b. 8 September 1979) is an English actor and comedian who was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, but was raised in London. He portrayed a TV weatherman in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Away from Harry Potter, he is a regular panellist on comedy show Would I Lie To You? and star on Live at the Apollo. He is also known for playing eccentric inventor Archie in children's TV series Balamory and forgetful Captain Sebastian Fanshaw in army comedy series Gary: Tank Commander.
