This library was located at the headquarters of the British Ministry of Magic, providing its employees with both academic literature for work-related research, as well as recreational reading material.
History
At some point in 2020, a Calamity Investigator with the Statute of Secrecy Task Force accessed this library and happened upon a tome that instructed the reader on various focus techniques, which ultimately enabled them to use the Trace Charm more effectively.[1]
