Ministry of Magic Regulations — REDt230/008 ELIMA — No. 999888000009.PRET were a set of regulations issued by the Ministry of Magic, presumably on commerce practices or on the manufacture of magical goods.
In 1996, Weasley's Wizard Wheezes released Jinx-Off, a spell-protection kit that included a protective hat, cloak, and gloves, as subject to these regulations.[1]
