These individuals were English Muggles who lived during the 19th century. They were the parents of Mirabel Garlick, a Muggle-born witch and a former Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1]
History[]
Within the first week of Mirabel Garlick's first year at Hogwarts, she felt as though she did not fit in at the school. She went to the Three Broomsticks Inn to write a letter to her parents, hoping to express that she wanted to drop out and return home. Before she wrote the letter, Sirona Ryan sat next to Mirabel and comforted her.[1]
