Moelleux au chocolat (English: chocolate lava cake) was a chocolate-flavoured dessert created by the Muggle-born wizard André Leroux, as a magical variation of normal lava cake. Unlike Muggle lava cake, the dish was on fire and best served 'with a touch of Glacius'.[1]
