"Look everyone! Weasley's got himself a Howler!"
Seamus Finnigan[src]

This Howler was written by Molly Weasley to Ronald Weasley, in 1992, after she learned that he and Harry Potter drove Arthur Weasley's flying Ford Anglia to Hogwarts.[1]
