Monk was the surname of a Muggle family. Dave Monk was a Muggle reporter for Metro, a British newspaper. He and his wife Tilly had a set of twins, who were delivered prematurely in 1995. Dave wrote the front-page article of the 12 August, 1995 issue of Metro, about the birth and recovery of his two sons, under the headline "Miracle babies make it".[1]
