Monroe Street was a road in the borough of Manhattan in New York City.

Paloma Proudfoot, Surveillor of Activity for the Magical Congress of the United States of America, was living at 76 Monroe Street in 1926.[1]
In November 1926, while trying to find out more about Credence Barebone and his family, Porpentina Goldstein made notes on her notebook about them and wrote five locations, one being Monroe Street.[2]
