Muggles Who Notice is a book written by Blenheim Stalk. Published in 1972, it covered incidents where Muggles noticed elements of the Wizarding world, including the Ilfracombe Incident of 1932 and the story of "Dodgy" Dirk.
Behind the scenes
- In Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (video game), the book Stalk authored is called People Who Notice.
- In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (video game) the title is given as 'Non-Magical Who Notice' on Stalk's Chocolate Frog Card.
- It is possible that this book portrays Muggles in a positive and intelligent light, more so than Moronic Muggles and When Muggles Attack.
