Nettle soup is a type of soup made from the stinging nettle. Nettle soup was apparently enjoyed by Zygmunt Budge, as he listed its the nettle's usage in soups as among its notable qualities in his masterwork Book of Potions, in which he deemed it "delicious".[1]
