Nollikins for Scrolls & Skins was a shop in Diagon Alley that presumably sold scrolls and parchments, which were made from animal skins.[1]
It was below Bats! Bats! Bats!, having the entrance of which right next to the shop. Their shared building was sandwiched between The Three Sheets and the establishment that housed Mr Milvus Grizedale, Kitemaker and Bernie Balls Fireworks.[2]
