Non-explodable, luminous balloons, (or just luminous balloons for short) are magical multi-coloured balloons that glow and are impossible to pop. They can be used as decoration, or as pranks, due to their pop-resistant nature. In 1992, Luminous balloons were sold at Gambol and Japes Wizarding Joke Shop at 25 Knuts each.[1] Fifteen balloons can be carried with the use of a Balloon Holster belt.[1]
History
Harry Potter got a package of non-explodable luminous balloons in his Wizard Crackers in 1991.[2]
