The Norwegian Minister for Magic was a Norwegian wizard who was the Norwegian Minister for Magic in 1932.[1]
Biography[]
The Minister shouting "Assassin!" at Jacob
In 1932, he attended a special Candidates' Dinner for the International Confederation of Wizards. Eulalie Hicks identified him to Muggle Jacob Kowalski at their dining table, who said he looked like his uncle Dominic.[1]
When Jacob stood up and brandished his fake wand at Gellert Grindelwald, the Norwegian Minister lept to his feet and loudly accused Jacob of being an assassin.[1]
