Olivier Kikkert was a wizard.[1]
Biography[]
He was an unregistered frog Animagus, who was arrested during the 1990–1991 school year after committing robbery.[1]
He was spotted by a witness who was interrogated by Alastor Moody and Jacob's sibling, a trainee in the Ministry student programme, before testifying before the Wizengamot. The case was conducted by Amelia Bones.[1]
Magical abilities and skills[]
- Transfiguration: Kikkert had mastered Human Transfiguration to the point where he could become an Animagus, in the form of a frog.[1]
Etymology[]
The name "Kikkert" bares a strong resemblance to the Dutch word "kikker", which means frog.[2]
