Otto Eduard was a German Muggle who operated the leather craftsman shop Otto Eduard Lederwaren in Berlin in the early 1930s.[1]
Biography[]
In 1932, the witch Bunty Broadacre entered his leather craftsman shop in the non-magical part of Berlin, as she intended for him to create several non-magical copies of Newton Scamander's suitcase. When she showed him the suitcase, she was careful to ensure he did not see its magical nature or the magical beasts it housed inside. She told Otto that she wanted the suitcase duplicated for her husband, for he was supposedly very absent-minded, to the point where he forgot she was his wife. Otto made several copies of the leather suitcase for her afterwards, which she needed for her mission.[1]
