Owle Bullock[1] was a Dark wizard or witch who authored Secrets of the Darkest Art, a book that was "full of evil magic", including detailed instructions on how to create a Horcrux.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
- This character is presumably a tribute to Alastair Bullock, who worked as an art director on every film from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban onward, and as an uncredited draughtsman on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
