A painting depicting a giraffe was hung at Hogwarts Castle in the 1990s, on the seventh-floor level of the Grand Staircase, among portraits of other animals such as a tiger, a caged monkey, and an elephant. It was seen walking around through the seventh floor portraits when the Fat Lady was missing.[1]
