Penelope, or Nel, was the wife of Grim Fawley. At some point, she went missing and the subsequent investigation overseen by the council which Garath Greengrass was a member, was called off. This decision may have played a role in Grim unleashing the Calamity through the use of the Foundables Spell.[1]
Behind the scenes
- In Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, the language of the Grim's Motives memos is vague and Penelope, Grim, or both may have been aurors as Grim accuses Harry Potter of ill treatment of his fellow aurors by ignoring they ever existed.
