Penelope Scales was a French witch child prodigy performer during the 1920s. The Cancan Carcolh, who employed her, advertised her performances with posters in Place Cachée.[2]

During 1927, she performed her hit songs, J'aime mon Petit Puffskein and Chat parmi les Pixies with a guest appearance by Mademoiselle Île Sorre.[2]
