This hot chocolate was a special type of hot chocolate invented by Penny Haywood with the help of Jacob's sibling.[1]
History[]
During her time at Hogwarts, Penny planned to brew the best-ever hot chocolate possible. Charlie Weasley, who was planning a Christmas celebration for his brother Bill at The Burrow, asked if Penny could serve the hot chocolate at the party. Penny agreed, and with the help of Jacob's sibling brewed a test batch of the hot chocolate in the Potions Classroom. The drink they produced was amazing, however because of the brewing methods it ended up looking grey. Jacob's sibling initially suggested turning it chocolate-coloured with the help of the Colour Change Charm, however Penny then suggested using the charm to make it red and green, the festive colours. Jacob's sibling sought help from Filius Flitwick, as they didn't know how to use the charm to make something multi-coloured, and Flitwick taught them a variation of the spell. They then returned to Penny, who had brewed a much larger batch of the drink, and used the charm, turning the drink red and green. Penny was delighted, and the drink was served at the party to much enjoyment.[1]
