The Pensieve Sentinel was an animated statue bewitched by Charles Rookwood, one of the Keepers, to protect the secrets of ancient magic.[1]
History[]
A number of Pensieve Sentinels had guarded Rookwood Castle and a Pensieve for centuries.[1]
During Charles Rookwood's trial, a new fifth-year student of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry destroyed them all in order to reach the Pensieve.[1]
