This wand belonged to Percival Graves, and was of unknown length, wood and core materials.
History
When Gellert Grindelwald impersonated Graves using Human Transfiguration in 1926, he used this wand as part of his disguise. During this time, Grindelwald did not use the Elder Wand.[1]

Grindelwald duelling MACUSA Aurors
Whilst utilising this wand, he was able to present an effective impersonation of Graves to the Magical Congress of the United States of America, as an Auror. Grindelwald used this wand to perform non-verbal magic. Grindelwald did wield it in a brief duel with former Auror Porpentina Goldstein during the Obscurial attack on New York and then against a large force of MACUSA Aurors after he proclaimed his opposition to wizarding secrecy.[1]
However, he was surprised and subdued by Newton Scamander by a spell from behind, causing him to drop it on the ground, allowing Porpentina Goldstein to summon it to her hand so that he could not pick it up if he were to break free from Newt's spell. Newt then exposed Grindelwald's deception with the Revelio Charm, showing his true appearance to MACUSA, resulting in his immediate arrest.[1]
What happened to this wand afterwards is unknown, as it is also unknown if Graves was kept prisoner or murdered by Grindelwald before he became his impostor.
