Peter Strain is a Belfast-based[1] illustrator who created several illustrations for the Harry Potter series, notably the typographic quote posters[2][3][4] and badges for the short-lived Wizarding World Book Club on Pottermore.[5]
His art was later used in the rereleased material about the history of the Quidditch World Cup,[6] Daily Prophet coverage[7] and the 2014 Quidditch World Cup final[8] on Pottermore.[9]
Strain later created a mural, similar to his typographic poster, for the opening of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in the Lyric Theatre NY, New York.[10][11][12]
