The Phoenix Arch was a monument that served as one of the entrances to Place Cachée, the wizarding market in Paris, in the 1920s. A large gold statue of a phoenix was situated on the side facing into Place Cachée.[1]
On it were the words "Senescalius petrae fecit means" (the steward made the rock), which was possibly a reference to Nicolas Flamel and his creation of the Philosopher's Stone.[2]
