Phoenix feather is a material from a phoenix that can be used to comprise the core of a wand.

Known Users

In Ollivander's Wand Shop, the owner Ollivander is known to use phoenix feathers as one of his three cores; others being dragon heartstring and unicorn hair.

Known Wands

Priori Incantatem

The two Phoenix feather wands performing Priori Incantatem, due to the twin cores.

Only two wands are known to have phoenix feather cores: Harry Potter's wand and Lord Voldemort's wand. These wands also have feathers from the same phoenix: Fawkes, Albus Dumbledore' magical familiar. Because of this, the two wands are "brothers", which can cause some unusual effects if the wands are forced to duel once another.
