These nineteen individuals (fl. 1997) were wizards who worked at the British Ministry of Magic under its Death Eater rule.
Biography[]
They adulated Minister for Magic Pius Thicknesse excessively. On the morning of 2 September 1997, these individuals followed Minister Thicknesse around Level One of the Ministry.[2]
