This letter was written by a friend of Pomona Sprout during the late 1980s.[1]
The letter contained instructions on how to grow a Japanese Maple graft the friend had sent along with the letter. The instructions were actually an extract from an old wizarding story about an enchanted Japanese Maple.[1]
