Pomona Sprout's wand was of an unknown length, wood, and core material.[1]
History[]
In the first third-year Herbology lesson of the 1986–1987 school year, Sprout used her wand to cast the Boggart-Banishing Spell to repel a Boggart that had turned into the form of a werewolf for Penny Haywood in the Herbology Classroom, turning it into a harmless toy wolf.[2]
Sprout was able to perform powerful magic with this wand, such as charms useful to the handling and growing of plants.[3][4][5] She could also conjure at least a non-corporeal Patronus.[6][7] She also wielded this wand during the Battle of Hogwarts on 2 May 1998.[8]
Behind the scenes[]
- This wand bears a resemblance to Oliver Wood's wand; however, there are slight differences in colour.
