Quiches Lestrange was a food that was served during the 1920s at Patisserie Matagot.[1]
Etymology[]
The dish is presumably named after the Lestrange family, as an influential French wizarding family, as there is no concept of a 'Quiche Lestrange' in the real world. That said, the dish is also likely a pun on Quiche Lorraine.
