In the 1980s and 1990s, Badeea Ali, a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry who was a Muslim, would celebrate Ramadan with their good friend Jacob's sibling in the Great Hall or in the Three Broomsticks Inn in Hogsmeade, where they ate food and discuss certain topics, such as art or how much they knew each other.[2]
