This family was a family of goblins based in Great Britain in the late 19th century. They were descended from Bragbor the Boastful, a goblin metalworker who lived in the Tudor period.[1]

Bragbor the Boastful, the bloodline's ancestor
Throughout the 1880s until 1891, Ranrok sought to retrieve Bragbor's last journal as well as the final repository, considering them to be his by right. To this end, he created a band of Loyalists whose goal it was to supplant wizardkind as the dominant magical species. Lodgok, his younger brother, became disillusioned with this goal after meeting Miriam Fig, a kind witch, choosing instead to aid humanity. This earned him the disgust of Ranrok, who eventually killed him.[1] Ranrok was killed by an unidentified Hogwarts student during Ranrok's final battle in the Keepers' Caverns, extinguishing the bloodline for good.[2]
