The Recovery Team was a part of the British Ministry of Magic's research wing tasked with recovering magical objects from various locations.[1]

Functions[]

The group recovered magical artefacts from various locations and were able to traverse harsh environments, such as deep underwater, as well as defend artefacts from people who would try to steal them.[1]

History[]

When the research wing contacted Jacob's sibling to ask if they could use the Giant Squid at the Magical Creatures Reserve to help guard the Sunken Relic from divers who wanted to acquire it, this team was sent in after the Giant Squid in order to retrieve the relic.[2]
