The Regermination Potion was a potion produced by famous Herbologist and potioneer Tilden Toots that forced a plant to germinate. Three drops of this potion (combined with six drops of Toots's Rejuicer) were sufficient to revive a dead Flitterbloom.[1]
History[]
- "Professor Sprout is out of Regermination Potion, so that is what we'll be brewing today. Potioneer Tilden Toots invented the Regermination Potion. Naturally, it forces plants to germinate. Pity it does not work on brains. It you want to have any hope of brewing a successful Regermination Potion, pay attention."

During the 1989–1990 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Professor Severus Snape taught his sixth-years how to concoct this particular brew in Potions class, after Professor Pomona Sprout had ran out of it.[2]
Around Hallowe'en 2010, when Daniel Page and his friends were helping Rubeus Hagrid replanting pumpkins, he used the Regerminating Potion on one of them, but it didn't work very well.[3]
