- "These were special gifts from Professor McGonagall after I was lead volunteer from a few years ago."
- — Bill Weasley to Jacob's sibling[src]
These replicas of the Book of Admittance, Quill of Acceptance, and the quill's silver inkpot were a reward given out to the lead volunteers that helped Professor Minerva McGonagall with creating the Hogwarts acceptance letters.[1]
History[]
During the 1986–1987 school year, Bill Weasley was Professor McGonagall's lead volunteer and was given this set of replicas as thanks. Two years later, during the 1988–1989 school year, he brought them back to the school to show them to the students and the current lead volunteer, Jacob's sibling. When Jacob's sibling was finished with all their tasks, they were also given a set of replicas from Professor McGonagall.[1]
