This was a transforming spell (incantation unknown) that would transform rocks into dogs.[1]
History[]
During the first task of the Triwizard Tournament in 1994, Cedric used this spell on a rock in the arena. The spell transfigured the rock into a Labrador. However, the dragon decided midway through attacking the dog that she would rather have Cedric. Cedric was burned with dragon fire and was required to have Madam Pomfrey heal him afterwards in the Hogwarts Hospital Wing.[1]
