This Silver Arrow was owned by Rolanda Hooch. She was given it as a Christmas gift by Jacob's sibling, Merula Snyde, Penny Haywood, and Ben Copper (who found it in the Artefact Room) during the Winter Wonderland party in the 1985–1986 school year Christmas holidays. Having lost her original broomstick many years ago, she was delighted to receive this one, which was the exact same make and model as her original one.
